Avocado creamy dressing
Ingredients
- Avocado
- Olive oil
- Water
- Lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- Celtic salt
- Chopped cucumber pickle
- Dill chopped
Prep
Combine the ingredients in a blender or small food processor to make this avocado salad dressing. Blend until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more water to reach your desired consistency a little at a time.

Ingredients

- Fresh chopped cucumber
- Lemon juice – It makes the dressing tangy.
- Garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast add a savory flavor, making this vegan ranch dressing irresistible.
- Dried or fresh dill—Even if you’re not a fan of fresh dill, I suggest you put dried dill here to add a savory flavor.
- Celtic or Himalayan salt to taste will Make all the flavors pop and make the dish more alkaline. Do not use table salt.
Prep
Add the cashews, cucumber, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and salt to a high-speed blender. Then, pour 1/2 cup water to move the blender, and process until smooth!
Pesto dressing

fresh basil, garlic to taste, pine nuts, extra-virgin olive oil, and nutritional yeast (a good substitute for parmesan cheese ).

Prep
Blend in a food processor :
- Pulse the nuts, lemon juice, and garlic in the food processor until they’re finely chopped.
- Add the basil and pulse again.
- Next, drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor blade runs.
Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
Tips:
- You can swap out the pine nuts for any nut, including walnuts and almonds. I particularly like walnuts and almonds.
- Punch up the flavor! Add 2 to 4 sun-dried tomatoes, a charred jalapeño, nutritional yeast, or a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Ingredients
- ½ cup natural almond butter, no sugar added
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1-inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled/or garlic
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- One pitted Medjool date.
- One small chili pepper
- ⅓ cup water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. The dressing will thicken as it sits, so feel free to add a little liquid (lemon juice or water) if needed.
Asian salad dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tsp light soy sauce or to taste
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp water
- 5 tsp toasted sesame oil
- Cayenne pepper
- Lemon juice to taste
- Chopped green onions
Prep
Mix all ingredients and top with the green onions to serve. It goes well with cabbage salad on top of Temp or steamed tofu.
