Turmeric and ginger roots have anti-inflammatory effects. Both are also good for digestion. Turmeric improves the liver’s ability to detox toxins. Ginger is particularly good if you are coughing. Compounds in ginger are known to stimulate bile and saliva production and to increase mobility through the digestive tract. Ginger can help with digestion issues. This mix is also rich in vitamin A, C.

Ingredients

  • 10 carrots
  • 2-4 inches ginger root
  • Turmeric root 12 inches
  • Place in your juicer and drink
  • Juice from 3-4 oranges

Note:

The orange color is known to support the body during the autumn and winter seasons. It is rich in vitamin C, A and will protect the body against colds and inflammation.
