Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 cup fresh frozen wild berries or fresh blueberries
- 1-2 cups sunflower sprouts
- 1 small/medium banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1-2 dates if you want your smoothie sweeter
Note:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth texture- you may add some cold water to dilute your smoothie.
